Past Projects
Modern Architectural Remodel
2018
This 1990's modern rustic home is an architectural gem - yet was stuck in a Brady Bunch version of modern design (such as mauve laminate bathroom cabinetry). We reconfigured the kitchen and joined three rooms to create this open layout. A closet became a walk-in pantry. A storage room became a mud room. The style is timeless while being consistent with the modern architectural design.
Scarsdale Tudor Master Suite
2019
The master suite of this gorgeous 1920's tudor home lacked functionality for the young family moving in. We gutted the master suite and built his & hers closets, and reworked the master bathroom into a functional layout (a separate WC and his/her vanities were a must!).
Beachy Remodel
2014
After being destroyed by Hurrican Sandy, this shore cape-style home needed a budget-friendly gut renovation. We opened up and reconfigured the kitchen and remodeled the entire first floor, including a full bathroom, in this timeless and beachy style.
Georgian Colonial Addition & Refresh
2015
Stately & timeless. This 1920's Georgian Colonial in Short Hills, NJ needed some TLC and an addition to get it up to today's aesthetic and functional standards. We did all of that and then some.
Luxurious Lower Level
2020
In this age of working from home, every square foot of real estate becomes more important. We gutted and renovated this basement into a luxurious and flexible layout of family media room, gym, nanny / guest suite, and home office. This lower level is now used daily and loved by the family who calls this home.
